The Townsville Mendi Blackhawks are excited to announce a new adaptation of the RISE Program, now known as the Blackhawks Talent Development Program.
This program is built on the core fundamentals and philosophies of the RISE Program, while being specifically tailored to align with the methodologies, techniques, and structures unique to the Townsville Mendi Blackhawks.
Carefully developed using RISE’s holistic approach, the Blackhawks Talent Development Program combines proven Rugby League development principles with a strong focus on both technical skill and personal growth. The program aims to support the progression of athletes and coaches, preparing them for success both on and off the field.
Our program is structured to deliver six high-performance, professional sessions, centered around player development, technique, skill acquisition, and learning outcomes.
