2026 Mendi Blackhawks U19s Squad
Coach: Sean Kaufman
Sean Kaufman is employed by the NRL as a Game Development Officer, specialising in coach development and education. Sean is returning for his second year leading the Harvey Norman U19’s women’s team for the Mendi Blackhawks. His coaching background spans a range of community rugby league clubs, working with teams from Under 14s through to women’s grades, with a strong focus on developing the female game. Sean is passionate about coaching because he wants to provide players with a caring, supportive environment where they can learn, grow and compete, ensuring everyone feels valued within their club and team while working towards their aspirations in rugby league.
