The Townsville Mendi Blackhawks are pleased to announce that Head Coach Terry Campese has officially re-signed with the club, extending his contract for a further two years.
The new deal will see Campese remain at the helm through to the end of the 2027 season, continuing the strong momentum he has built since taking over as head coach in 2024.
Club officials praised his leadership and commitment, with Football Operations Manager, Adrian Thomson stating, “We’re thrilled to have Terry locked in for another two years. He’s been a vital part of our progress both on and off the field.”
When speaking with Campese about his extension he said, “I’m proud to be a part of this club. We’re building something special here and it is an honour to be a part of a group with so much potential. I’m looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish over the next two seasons!”
The Club as a whole is thrilled to have Terry continue working with the squad and build on what has already been achieved.
