Hostplus Cup & Colts Teams for Capras Clashes

The Mendi Blackhawks are unchanged for their Capras clash after securing a third a straight victory in round 19 the Hostplus Cup. The visitors will look to extend their unbeaten run away from Jack Manski Oval to 5 games, at Browne Park on Saturday, having claimed 3 wins and a draw from their past 4 appearances outside Townsville, including a country carve up of the Clydesdales on their most recent travels. They’d also like to get one back on their hosts who won when the teams clashed at the beginning of the campaign, coming from 12 nil down to triumph 22-30.
Fresh of his hattrick against Mackay, try-scoring machine Jodeci Baker will be hoping he can cross again as he hunts down the competition’s leader Jonathon Reuben. The Norths speedster has 17 for the season, 2 more than Baker and one more than Capra Brandon Roberts. The Mendi Blackhawks won’t want to allow Central Queensland’s winger any opportunities to add to his tally.
