The Townsville & Districts Mendi Blackhawks are on their way to Winton, for the Intrust Super Cup Round 20 ‘Country Week’, on their Flinders Highway Tour!
First stop on the road trip was Charters Towers.
Over 230 junior Rugby League players, from under 9’s to under 12’s, attended coaching clinics and skills and drills as well as a Coach’s update course held at the Charters Towers Junior Rugby League.
On the tour includes Mendi Blackhawks player David Munro, Mendi Blackhawks Development Officer Tim Nugent, NRL Development Peter Edmonds and Cameron Miller.
Next stop on the tour is the Hughenden Hawks Junior Rugby League Club!
