Mendi Blackhawks host future stars

The Northern Mendi Marlins Junior Maroons Townsville Summer Camp has been held again by the QRL this year.
Young rugby league players aged 13 to 15 learn skills, how to apply them and get a taste of what it feels like to play professional rugby league.
Advanced development participants, aged 16 to 18, had the opportunity to join in with the Townsville Mendi Blackhawks yesterday for an opposed training session attended a specialised skills session, witnessing first-hand the training required to reach the elite level.
The Townsville Mendi Blackhawks relished the opportunity to interact with these aspiring young stars, and look forward to watching their progress in the coming years.
